Our Community
Hannover Forest is a deed restricted community located in Spring, Texas.
The first residents moved into Hannover Forest in 1997. The developer passed control of the Association over to the residential property owners in February of 2000. Today there are 726 residences in Hannover Forest. The community is governed by neighborhood volunteers who make up the Association's Board of Directors, Neighborhood Representatives, and various committee members.
The Board of Directors is the elected body that sets policy for the Hannover Forest Homeowners Association and governs the affairs of the association in the best interest of the property owners. Click here for information on the Board of Directors. In addition, the Association contracts with several companies to help professionally manage and maintain the common area property.
Hannover Forest is a non-profit corporation established and governed by Articles of Incorporation, a Declaration of Protective Covenants (aka: deed restrictions; or covenants, conditions, and restrictions), and By-laws, all of which are filed with Harris County and available on this website in the Documents section.
